I am happy to announce that I am now providing camera lessons for beginners. This is for people who have a new camera and require basic understanding of how to use it. The primary aim is to de-mystify your camera and to help you learn how to use your camera controls. Once you have gotten to grips with the controls on your camera, the next step is to learn about photography and how to get the best results. The tuition is aimed mainly at people who are totally new to photography and just want to get past the intial stages of not knowing what all the switches and dials do so they can actually get some good photos. Many people buy a new camera and find it totally alien, especially if they have had a film camera in the past.
I shall also help people free the photos from their camera and load their images onto a computer.
People buy a new camera for a lot of reasons. Maybe you received a camera as a gift at Christmas, it is your first camera (other than your phone), or you just wanted a camera so you could capture your children.
People often get frustrated when the results they get don’t match up to what they hoped, especially if they are photographing their kids playing and having fun.
Photography doesn’t need to be as complicated as it first appears. With some straightforward photography guidance, I’ll help you get started and get past all the numbers and jargon.
