Well Halloween has been and gone. I went along to a Halloween party with some acting friends. Being in theatre, they of course went to town on their costumes and took their acting parts seriously. We all had a great time and must have had at the very least 50 children come to the door over the night. I managed to make plenty of people scream! :OP The kids absolutely loved it and word soon got around that our house was the scariest on the street.
This is one of my favourites from the night looking through the window back into the house.
Someone woke up the zombie. The tomb seen on the right of the photo had a body inside with glowing lights i the eyes that popped up whenever anyone approached. Almost certain of a scream from the kids.
To create the blood from the mouth look we poured a mixture of syrup and food colouring into our mouths and then dribbled it out again. Great for the effect but not so great when you get a sticky mess in the hairs of your chest!
