It’s been a pretty busy, but rewarding year for me. It’s really fun to meet so many couples and so different too. No wedding is the same and I don’t think I will ever tire of photographing happy people. After such hard work I thought it was about time I had a holiday. It’s been a year in planning and well…..it was awesome. I won’t bore you with hundreds of photos but rather just five.
If you want to see more of my travels you can find many photos of New Zealand here.

Here we have me on the beach at The Bay of Fires, a stunning location found on the north east coast of Tasmania and thankfully it has not yet been spoilt.

Still at The Bay of Fires, I got up at 4 am to get some sunrise shots. This one was taken at 5am.

Here’s me on the “Overland Track” in Tasmania. It is a six day hike (or longer if you are made of tougher stuff) and passes through some beautiful scenery. My travel buddy Phil took this shot of me as I was photographing one of the many waterfalls we saw.

In New Zealand now and what a place of adventure! This is one of the swing bridges that are scattered all over New Zealand in the backcountry. This one is found in the Hooker Valley, a spectacular mountain landscape near the Mount Cook village found in the south island.
