2010 weddings by Moment Photography

It’s been a great summer of weddings this year. I re-visited some venues I have attended before such as St Audries Park and Sheldon Manor and also found the odd new one like The Mount Somerset.

One of my favourites this year was Peter and Donna’s wedding at the Mount Somerset….

Donna looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress and the small group of guests gave a very intimate loving atmosphere.

The Mount Somerset is a gorgeous venue and recently substantially refurbished. It really shows in it’s tasteful new decor.

Just behind the main building is a pretty view over the hills amongst some large trees which created a pleasant shaded area for photos.

Inside the conservatory the light was beautiful, I knew I was going to nail some really stunning shots

Below are some shots from my favourite venue to date: Sheldon Manor. Sheldon Manor has never failed to look stunning. A photo opportunity lies behind every corner. It is a special place and very exclusive with only a handful of weddings held there a year. For those lucky enough to enjoy there wedding there they can enjoy all the history of thy grounds and the beautiful flowers that bloom in the gardens.

Lucy and Mark were one such lucky couple and their wedding took place on a pristine Saturday in early July. It couldn’t have been more English.

I love this shot as Mark and Lucy walk ahead of me whilst we move to the next photo location.

Geoffrey or Jethro, the affectionately named “best dog” was at their side on their special day and I’m sure wore his little pink bow tie with pride.

Being close to the longest day of the year it was pretty late before it got dark. I knew however that Sheldon Manor always decorate the gardens with pretty lanterns which make everything look magical. I had to get this one before I left everyone to enjoy the rest of the night.
